Frackville Community Vacation Bible School

Every summer, our parish school and social complex at Annunciation BVM church hosts a week-long town-wide vacation Bible school for children in Pre-K through 5th grade. Organized around a theme, the VBS provides interactive and fun faith-formation opportunities for children. From acting out Bible Stories to science experiments and games, crafts and snacks - children learn how to live their faith and grow their relationship with God. Friendships and memories are made every year! Registration begins in January and wraps up in April of each year. During planning and set-up, there are lots of volunteer opportunities for parishioners. We create sets and decorations, prep snacks and train crew leaders. It's a team effort and lots of excitement for the "campers" and the crew.
